Glory to God in the highest, and on earth peace, good will toward men. Luke 2:14
Dear friend and supporter of Faith Theological Seminary,
By His grace, Faith Theological Seminary is in its Seventy-Eighth year glorifying God through teaching and training believers of Jesus Christ for ministry. Our students are primarily from the Baltimore area, with international students from Cameroon, China, Ghana, Haiti, India, Korea, Netherlands, Nigeria, Pakistan, and Uruguay. We thank God for the progress we have made this year. In October, the TRACS Accreditation Commission voted to move FTS forward in the accreditation process. The TRACS team will be visiting the campus the week of January 20, 2015 to make final recommendations, with the goal being to achieve full accreditation on April 20, 2015. The accreditation process is time-consuming and costly. Recently, the Maryland Higher Education Commission approved FTS to move to stage 2 of the application process to gain accreditation in Maryland, and we are moving forward with that process as well. FTS’s Candidacy Status with TRACS made it possible for students who graduated from May 2010 on to receive the accredited degrees. FTS graduates who earned their degrees before May 2010 at FTS can graduate with an accredited degree now. (Please contact the Seminary for details).
Please help us continue to send out well-equipped graduates to teach and preach God’s Word. Donations are needed to meet all of the goals and expenses embedded in the accreditation process, and upgrade the facilities and services necessary to accommodate more students. Once FTS is fully accredited by TRACS and the State of Maryland, we will be in a position to expand our offerings and grow as an institution honoring and glorifying Our Lord and Savior. Donations may be made by mail, or sending a gift at faiththeological.org/support-fts/. Would you consider giving $25, $50, or $100 per month, or a special year-end gift? We can securely process your credit or debit card donation online.
We request that you pray for the Seminary’s financial well-being and the successful completion of the accreditation process with TRACS and the Maryland Higher Education Commission.
We wish you a blessed Christmas and a God-glorifying New Year 2015!
Sincerely in Christ,
Rev. Norman J. Manohar, Th.D., D.D.
