Biblical Archaeology Discoveries in 2013

by , filed under Blog

In light of our upcoming Archaeology seminar at FTS led by The Associates for Biblical Research (ABR), “The Bible, Archaeology, and Apologetics Seminar,” see the Christianity Today news report on the recent, and biblically significant discoveries at what is believed to be the site of biblical Ai (Khirbet el-Maqatir). CT ranked the finding of an Egyptian scarab there from the time of the Exodus/Conquest as the number one discovery for 2013. Faith Seminary’s adjunct faculty member, Gary Byers, has been the  Administrative Director at Khirbet al-Maqatir from 1995 to the present.
